I'm thinking of getting the Farenheit T-1423CMT 14.1" Ceiling Mount TFT/LCD Monitor because it comes with an integrated tuner, IR transmitter, and FM modulator. I'm assuming that this will make it cheaper and cleaner to install, and I won't have to have separate boxes stowed away somewhere. On the other hand, am I just asking for trouble in case one of the components breaks? I suppose at this price I could always just replace a broken component with an external one though?

Any general impressions of Farenheit in general or this model in particular?

Thanks,
Alan

I sell Farenheit products in my shop and have had no problems with them. Good picture quality, really reliable. It is easier to install the unit you mentioned instead of the seperate componets. If somthing goes wrong, you will have to swap the whole unit out. It is just up to you. Good luck with it!
