So that describes my ablilities. i am looking to buy this https://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/dll?ViewItem&item=2428007920&category=38650 and was if installing this my self is far over my head or if this is a feasible task. and if it is. what kinda of problems might i expect.

If you've never installed anything other than amps and subs and a deck, then I would say buy stuff somewhere that can install it..but it's up to you. If you think you can handle it then try it, but again only you can know what your capable of. Just my 2 cents.

Go for it.  The system you are looking to purchase looks ok enough, although you will need some accessories.  But take AccentShow's advice just in case you get to the point where you need more help than is provided on this board.  I would hook it all up to see if it works before I go cutting into the car.  (Past experience w/ebay items...)

Good luck...
