Can anyone help me find a place where i can buy factory typevideo systems. Our local car dealerships want factory type systems. please somebody help me.

thank you for your help. do you know if you can buy the identical system that gm installs from the factory new, from a wholesaler. which consists of overhead monitor dvd player and audio harness that plugs into the factory radio. is there anyone who distributes this stuff
