wanting to know if any one is having problems with their 10 overhead tvs cracking at the hinge location? we have a customer with a dei tv broken for the second time, i am beleiving the customer this time that they did not abuse it, let me know, thanks

We have had the same problems with the 10.4, i have replaced at least a dozen in the last two weeks.

Yup, I've fixed at least 4 or 5 within the last 4 months, I think customers kids accidently bump them in the car and break them, or use them as handles when gettin in the car. I've fixed a bunch of those concept tho, i jusrt put a wood screw throught them and works fine. who knows. cant keep everyone happy
