I have DVD video setup installed in my Sequoia and mounted the DVD player PERFECTLY in the middle console.  I have the Panasonic setup and DVD player will mount vertical or horizontal with ZERO issues and looks factory in the middle console!!!!

I agree with roadie; it fits nice in there.

It's hard to explain in text, but I will try. You can fit a DIN sized DVD player in the top, back area of the center console, at a 45-degree angle, and it looks really nice. You'll have to take the console apart before you can screw the DVD player into that position, but it isn't too hard.

The entire center console comes out with just a few 10mm bolts.....I think there are a couple inside the storage bin, and another one or two under the cupholder.

I use the wires at the power mirror switch for power. WHITE/ black is ground, and there's an accessory wire there too.

Check out the headrest screens from Visualogik; they are easy and look really nice.

I put 2 dvd players and a 4 in 4 out switcher in the center console of my LX470.  Wires get a little crowded buy it's a pretty nice location to beable to swap dvds in/out for the kids.
