Im installing a nav unit and all I need is the reverse wire color and location. Im trying to locate it inside the car. I know I could run a wire all the way to the back but its not that easy to get to the wire harness. please help!!!!

Its in a 2001 corvett sorry I for got to say what car it was

Hi Mike, look for a Light Green wire in the driver's kick panel. It will show 12V+  when the vehicle is in reverse.
