Hi guys I'm planning to installed 5 7" monitors in my car, 1 for center dash 2 for visors and 2 for headrests, one alpine MP3 deck and ICON DVD player, I know I need a video amp for sure but can you guys give me some recommdation? and if I want to hook up the PS2, can I play different sources at different monitors? like visors play DVD, headrests and center dash plays PS2, while playing the MP3 songs from Alpine deck? I don't want to spend too much on video amp, so playing different sources at diff monitors is not really nesesary.

Any info would be appreciated

Thx

as far as video amps, Icon makes a really nice one.  It will give you 5 outputs.  I have used them a couple of times and they work great.  As far as different sources on different monitors, you will need to get a video switcher.

Go to www.partsexpress.com. They sell a switcher that I use and it works great. It gives you three zones of entertaiment. It has three remotes to wire to each seat(or area). You can choose the source and the screen to watch it on. good luck with your install.
