I recently had a Boss 10.4" flip down installed but I get some video distrotion.  I can see some lines and they are more visable when I turn the truck on.  Is there any thing I can do to fix this problem?  Would a video amp help?  The screen is a TFT but not impressed with it.

You must determine if the problem is from your video source, video signal cable, grounds or screen is the cause. Try new cables first as it is the easiest thing to do. Make sure your grounds for the screen and video source are to a paint free, clean part of the vehicle's chassis. Try a different video source if you can get your hands on one. Also check to see if any components or wires pass close to any electric motors in the vehicle.
