Hey guys ... I am going to be hooking up a DVD player and monitor soon and have read about some people having problems with noise during the quiet parts of a dvd.  Will a ground loop isolator take care of this?  If not, what would I need if I have that problem?  Thanks!

Having a proper ground that is short and attached to a clean & paint free metal surface will help reduce the static during zero points of movies. If you are amplifying the signal through an amp, you will more likely to have this static if the gains are too high or if you use poor quality RCA connectors.
