Hey guys,

I was just wondering if there's such a thing as a universal learning remote for car audio/video? The only one I've seen is the POWER ACOUSTIK which can control up to 4 units but doesn't really give much info. Would a regular Universal Remote for home work?

I have an Alpine CVA-1004 with KCE-104V, Nesa 13.3 Drop Down, Nesa 7" monitor, and a pair of Myron Davis 7" Headrest and a generic DVD Player.

Sorry for the long post but im kinda getting tired of having to many remotes in my car that its almost as bad as in my house.

Thanks in Advance,
crxtasi

That remote is a perfect add one. You will be able to operate the NESA products right out of the box and you will just need to program the remain products. I have one and it really works perfect.

dubslice,

thanks for the tip but it has been a week since i posted and i just went ahead and got a universal remote from circuit city for $29.99. Its a 8 device learning remote by phillips (PMDVR8) and i am happy with it. Not only can I control my DVD and my monitors but I can control my sirius here2anywhere. It was kinda pain in the butt programming yet very pleased with only using one remote now.
