Headrest Monitor Problem?

i mounted a monitor in a headrest and now im haveing a little problem .around the edges the monitor is poppingout a little, {not coming totally out thought just about less thena a 1/2"}. i atactched the monitor tho the 2 support rods intside the headrest.how should i stop them from coming out a ittle. should i just stuff more foam around the edges will that stop it

What you may want to do is start making a "v" in the corners (like you should of been doing from the start) If you go over too much its going to be very hard to cover it up. Just start taking it up little by little. .Hope this helps.

i did do that in the corners.but its still come out a little and doesnt have that flush look.any other ideas??

You could actually try super glueing the fabric that's popping out to the foam inside of the headrest.  But be careful because the glue can make to fabric hard and glossy.  Make sure that it only gets on the material that sits behind the monitor.

can i glue the fabric to the monitor shroud will that work
i was going to use either hot glue or fabric glue

ok it still coming out and i have to fix it its driving me crazy and so is this kid please give me some i deas on what i can do

I used bonding cement (The kind they sell at kragen) and secured the edges with a hot tip fabric glue gun. Be careful with the bonding cement, once you mix the two chemicals and it dries you'll have a hard time taking it off.  Actually, I don't think you'll be able to take it off, but then again...  I don't know. 

In my setup there was no other option but to have the edges of my screen to come out, but in the end they looked o.k. Here's a picture of it.

P.S.  Whatever you do, DO NOT USE SUPER GLUE OR CRAZY GLUE!  You'll cause the plastic to fog.
