I was wondering if anyone can help me, I have installed a multimedia into a vehicle with RF wireless headsets, and an Fm modulator through the radio, and I can't seem to get rid of the whining that goes through the audio on both the stereo and the headsets. The noise isn't super high, but enough to be annoying.  Any ideas on how to get rid of the noise.

Noise filter could help. Also make sure there is no power wires near the rca's feeding the fm mod.

Try using a power line filter and run everything in the video system through it including the video screen's power line. If the source unit has an ignition and battery lead, just filter the ignition lead. Install the filter as close to the equipment as possible. Also tyr using a RCA noise decoupler/filter between the FM modulator and everything else. This is a filter that simply goes inline on the RCA cables and has no power wires in it. Ground all your components in the video system together at one point to a clean and bare piece of the vehicle's chassis/body.
