I dunno if I can exactly help you, but just to be more clear so you can get better help, please list where exactly you want to place the 3 screens and the DVD player, and what type of DVD player you would be using.

i would suggest getting a video signal booster.  they are only like 30 bucks or so.   i am saying this cause i have hooked up  my ps2 to  2 screens and the picture became fuzzy, so i got the video signal booster and it works marvelously now.  the one i got has one input ( from you dvd player) and 4 out puts for up to 4 screens

How about the wiring. Should I run a lead straight from the battery. and if so, what size fuse would I use for the wiring.

Question.

On the in dash TV monitor there is a grren wire labeled parking brake wire. I am assuming that this is intented to be wired to the emergency brake so this must be enabled in order for the unit to work. What is the way around this. Where could I wire this so i don't have to put it to the brake.

I'm pretty sure you can just ground it. If that wire were connected to the parking brake, I believe you are supposed to connect it to the positive of the parking brake, so that it's only grounded when the parking brake is up. So connecting that wire to a ground will simulate the parking brake being up.
