Hi.  I've recently replaced my AVIC-80DVD with a Kenwood KNA-DV3100.  The problem that I am experiencing is when I set a route, the navi isn't telling me where to go either by voice or video.  In fact, it'll lay out a course, but if I deviate from the course, that's it.  In other words, I guess what I'm saying is that the guidance isn't working.  Any ideas?  I have noticed that in the calibration screen, no matter how fast I"m driving, the MPH also registers as zero.  I've used the same VSS wire as the one for my AVIC-80DVD and the map actually shows where I am in relation to the map, but the guidence isn't guiding.  Do you think that the reason is because I did not ground to the parking brake, but did a regular chasis ground?

I don't want to have to take apart everything, so please give me some suggestions to look for.

Thanks!

I think the connection with the MPH it is the one that gives you problems. Double check that one.

Yup.  Loose VSS wire.  Thanks for all your help.
