Hello,

I just purchased a tm7300 from mp3playerstore.com and I installed it in my car. When I power on the unit with nothing attached to the rca video lead I get static on the screen. When I have my xbox attached to a power invertor and then i power it up with the video connected I get so much interference/static its unbearable what should i do?

Any ideas on what I can do? I want to know if it is something simple or is there possibly something wrong with the unit, if so I need to return it.

It sounds like you have a bad ground or you're getting interference. Try redoing your ground for your monitor (make sure that the ground cable is touching bare metal on your car or trucks chassis).
