What is the difficulty level of installing one of these bad boys? someone refer me to an instructional site.

Well this all depends on what kind of flipdown you are installing and in what type of car you are installing it into. Usually all you really need to install a flip down is the monitot, the monitor trim ring and a piece of wood that would be mounted above the headliner where the screen would mount to. If you have a flip down all the mounting instructions should be included in the installation manual.
