i'm looking for a good monitor for a cheap price for a trip i'm plaining when school out, for my two little girls,i went to a car auto dealer and he wanted $1200 for a system but a friend told me that was to much. save buy it yourself and doit yourself

1 what does TFT/LDC MEAN

2 what 's a good resolution

valor made some good flip down and pretty good price. they look better (quality wise) then other ones. when you compare it, u'll see the difference.

whenever looking for a monitor make sure it says TFT because TFT produces the best and sharpest image and also could be viewed from almost any angle also make sure the resolution is high, resolution is numbered in pixels, the more pixels the better the image a 960x234(when multipled it equals 224,640 pixels) is a great monitor. A monitor that says STN is not a good monitor because it is false color on the other hand TFT is sharp, bright and real. So when looking for a monitor make sure it says TFT and also that has high resoluton.
