I am an installer at Sountrack and I have a customer who is experiencing problems with his xm.  I installed a pioneer xm tuner which plugs directly into his pioneer deck via ip bus.  The xm constantly cuts off from the channel he is on and reverts back to the preview channel.  It sounds to me like the tuner is having sending/recieving problems internally or perhaps the antanna is having it's own issues.  I replaced tuner and I am hoping the problem will be solved, but I have a feeling I will see this customer again about the same issue.  I would appriciate any input.

The antennas I have found out are pretty sensitve. Make sure the wire is not pinched or worse yet, touching metal through a piece of sharp metal.
