ok ok ok. First off, does anyone know whats inside of the upper part (the non-screen part) of a ceiling mount/flipdown LCD? I see there are lights on it but is there a circuit board or something inside of that part?
Reason being: I would like to cut off almost that entire part and just leave the hinge (and obviously have to relocate whatever is inside there somewhere else) but if the circuit board or whatever inside that part is too huge it might not work.
Also, does anyone make RAW LCD screens bigger than 7"? Like the non-flipdown version. Any links to discount websites for them? Thanks
Trying to fit a TV in a Grand Marquis blows.....
