Currently it just flashes No DVD. Does anyone know how the factory DVD player is connected to the Bose system. Our van has XM Radio so we can't use the plug for that.
On the Armada head unit there is factory DVD wiring. It goes to a harness that has left right audio and video and a FES Enable, Audio on and a acc power. Tie into the audio and splice the FES Enable and Audio ON wires together. The head unit will think the DVD is always on. You'll get the audio to play by holding down the Rear AV button for more than 1.5 seconds.
