I installed a Kenwood DDX 7015 with the factory harness and used factory amp for sound.  I had sound for the tuner, DVD, and CD.  I also had a picture on the DVD, everything was fine.  I recently installed two amps, one for the subs and one for everything else.  I still am using the factory harness, put am now using the RCAs out of the Kenwood for the amps.  I get sound out of the tuner.  I get a DVD picture.  But I do not get any sound out of CD's or when I play a DVD.  Is there something I messed up in the setup menus????  HELP!!  I AM FRUSTRATED!!

Twothinks come to mind, first you used the power ant wire (blue) to turn on the amp instead of the remote (blue/white).  Or you might need to turn on the amp useing crossover settings.

Your a genious!!!  That was it.  I had the Main amp hooked up to the Blue/Black and the Sub amp hooked up to the Blue/White.  I cannot believe that such a complicated install I missed something so simple.  Thank s so very much for your help.
