if you have a disk changer input then you can get an adaptor and plug your RCA's into the adaptor then into the changer input.  If not then you need an FM modulator that you plug the RCA's into.  It then sends a signal to the head unit and you pick it up on a a specific frequency IE 88.3 FM

so you need a fm modulator and then run that to the radio?what station do I put the radio at or would it pick it up right away?

The FM mod will have different stations to choose from on a switch ( usually only two to choose from ). All you need to do is pick the station and have it set to that station on the radio.

There are two types of FM modulators.  Wired and wireless of course.  The wired version will have a wire that resembles the wire from your car antenna.  That one goes into your head unit and the car antenna wire goes into the FM mod.  The wireless one of course elminates the wires and uses RF that you just tune your radio to.
