Ok right out of the box, this thing doesnt work right. No video whatsoever, the on screen display for the thing is all scrambled, and it just sucks. Has anyone had this problem, as it is an ebay special, they said it's new, i'm debating, but we're trying to figure something out. If anyone's ever had this issue and knows it might be something easy, let me know.

I use Starvision primarily for my customers, and have never had any problems so far. They are new, that is true. What is your test set-up? It helps to know the power supply, source signal, number of monitors, etc. Any information you can provide would be greatly helpful.
Let me know,

It's one monitor, and it doesnt even work without video to it. The on screen display is scrambled, and it doesnt change when i feed it any source of video. I've tried it in the car and on a 12v test source i have. No luck. I'm just wondering what their warranty is.
