Ive got to of these but it only has a s-video conection on it how is this lcd powered??

Its actually not an s-video cable but a connector that attaches onto a long harness. At the end of the harness is two video inputs and your power and ground wires. If you dont have his harness you need to get on to power up the screens.

were could i get those cables, also Ive onpened the lcd and notice on the board like two pin holes saying 12v + - would that be another way to power the up??

I dont know if its possible to hot wire to the board, I havent ever tried but I would assume so. If you wanna do it right just order the cable from a repair depot.
