I have a Panasonic DV 1500 DVD player and a CY-VM 5800U color LCD monitor.  When I hook it up, all the monitor says is "WARNING".  Any one know why this is happening?   How do I get the DVD player to show on the screen?  Do I need to ground the wire? Do I need a Brake Bypass for this?

Does anyone have a wiring diagram or installation manual for this?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is a parking brake wire that needs to see ground ( not sure what the color is for Panasonic ) but if this wire doesn't see a ground connection, no video .

If that is listed as the parking brake wire make sure you get the right one and not amp remote turn one wire, cause if you do your gonna smoke that thing

Im having the same problem, does the parking brake wire need to be connected or can you just bypass it and send to a ground wire?
