What are the possiblities for us to wire our aftermarket DVD system directly into the AUX switch of our factory radio in our Suburban for audio? We currently are getting our audio via a wireless FM modulator that I've found recenlty gets distorted whenver we get close to a signal on that station. Rather irritating and got to thinking on our last trip if this is a possiblity therefore eliminating the FM mod. altogether. Thanks!

check www.pac-audio.com for the direct plug and play for your specific radio..

look under aux audio input interfaces and I believe you need the AAI-GM9.....

Thank you Fatgotti. What is a slave unit? I'm a novice here! It say's I have to have one. Our factory unit has a CD in it and the tape deck is mounted in the console below. Is this all I need? Thanks!

yes, the external tape is the stand alone slave unit, but I always contact pac audio to be sure that it is correct and will plug right in. The phone# is 1-800-854-3133 if you don't have a dealer near you post back and I can help you get one.
