Anybody know how to change the security code if you don't have a valid code? Or do you have the factory code?

are you talking about the parental code? or the actual code to turn the DVD player on...

The password to change the parental setting. Just trying to help out a good customer with supplied equipment.

Nope, didn't work. The previous owner must have changed it.
