All - I have an aftermarket TV tuner, it has 4 inputs for the diversity antenna(s).  I also have a the diversity antenna set with all of the correct 1/8" mono plugs.

Can anyone explain how diversity antennas work?  The instructions with the tuner and antennas are cryptic.  From what I have read via advertisements and product descriptions, diversity antenna setups are supposed to be able to pick up the best signal from one or the antennas.

With 4 inputs, do you have to use all four?

Are each input 75 ohm or 50 ohm impedence?

Any help, webpage URL or anything describing mobile TV antennas would be a great help.

Thanks,

RobLee
