I'm trying to install a PS2 in my car and I want to do something different rather having it under the seat like I did in my last car. I thought about fiberglassing it into the dash but not enough room and I want to retain the stock appearance of my dash. I have been seeing in magizines people taking the PS2's apart and doing custom installs. How hard is this? H ow do I can I accomplish this? I know they just came out with the new smaller PS2. But I already have a PS2 for the project.

I took one apart to install a DC regulator (so you don't need a power inverter). You can check the site for a little information. It is not everything you need, but it is a start. Be carfull with the wires, some a small, but it is nothing that can't be extended easily.

I always take many pictures. I haven't taken apart the smaller PS2 yet, but I will be working on it in December (hopefully).

PM me with any questions.
