I have a 03 ranger edge and i wanna fiberglass a new dash but i wanna use a monitor to fit in the dash making it look as close to factory as possible. So i can have navigation and a dvd player. I was thinking about putting the alpine dvd 7996 where the hvac controls are and mounting the controls somewhere else. After reviewing alot of monitors im still stumped. What is suggested?

if your gunna fiberglass anyway, why dont you make your own casing for whatever monitor you choose, so you only see the screen and relocate the controls for the display ? At that point it really wouldnt matter what the monitor is ! Common is that your Best Try ?
