Where is the whining noise coming from that we hear while playing a DVD? Is it from my power supply to my wireless FM modulator or is it from the point at which I grounded it? I don't know what to check or change. I was told to change my ground on the FM modulator to another location besides the frame. Is there a ground I can pick up in the wiring harness's underneath the center console where everything is? Or do I need to change my power supply location? Thanks!
Try installing a power line filter on everything in the video system on the ignition feed to it. Also try installing a RCA style ground loop isolator on only the audio lines into the FM modulator. Your video system grounds should be all to one point of the vehicle chassis. Try screwing into a paint free area that doesn't go to the outside of the vehicle, such as the kick panel area.

Alt whine or engine noise is fairly common in fm modulated systems. Your best bet would to be toss the fm modulator and get an auxillary input adapter, basicaly will run the audio directly through the stereo like a cd changer. Check this site out,

I promise to be good.

I've been sick lately, sorry I won't be on much.
As stated above, common problem. I have had good luck by NOT grounding the FM & relying on the RCA ground. Keep in mind this technique will not work if you use an RCA ground loop isolator. Good luck!
