I've done a lot of searching and read all of the other posts I could find but I'm still looking for suggestions. I'm wanting to mount 2 overhead monitors in my Armada, but from what I have been able to gather there is no support whatsoever above the headliner. Even the factory system mounted in the OH console has some vibration problems. I'm thinking of trying to fabricate a sheet metal bracket to span the roof crossways. Anybody done any work on an Armada got any ideas?

Yeah, I saw those M&D setups but they are outrageously overpriced. And I would really prefer 2 overhead monitors. If I can't do that I'll probably go with headrest monitors. The only problem with that is the 3rd row passengers can't see very well.

M and D's are quite inexpensive and they are custom. Find another shop. I sell M and D's and they are nice products.

Inexpensive? 480 for a 7" monitor. I can buy a 7" monitor for 150 and install in the same location. I've seen it done, but that's not what I'm looking for.
