I am thinking about removing my stereo and installing a 7" touch LCD in its place.  I was looking at this display here, https://www.xenarc.com/product/700ts.html.  I want to remove the bezel and mount it in the dash which already has approximately the same size opening where the stock radio used to be.  in addition I  plan to build a small PC running windows media center using an Opus 150 watt 12v DC power supply.  I was also considering installing a cap on the power supply wire to help regulate the power to the PC.

Have any of you seen or done similar installs, any feed back on this idea or these products?
