Can I use a Good Standard RCA Y adapter to split video signal...Or will I lose Video Quality....If I will lose what can I use to split Video signal....I am also looking for a VERY SIMPLE split.....Nothing too complicated....

I depends on how good of a quality video source you are using and how far the signal is going. If its a cheap video source, you might notice a loss of video quality. If this is the case you will need a video amplifier. Its very simple to add.

video amplifiers work well, and only about 20 bucks online.

use the Y it will work fine

I would just use the Y.  To comment to Lowron, if you are using a cheap video signal your picture is going to be bad to begin with.  If you use a good Y and are using good cables, you shouldn't notice a difference.  Make sure you are using good shielded cables, especially in a car, because a car generates more noise than anything and that noise will interfer with your quality.

I would buy a video amplifier if you are using more than 2 monitors. if you are using just 2 monitors a y adapter should be fine..
