i purchased a myron & davis tv tuner model amt-202. it has a power output that connects to the rear monitor that's 1a max and cuts them on when a video signal is detected. i have 2 rear monitors that each require .7a. how can i give them both the required power from this one wire.

Use the power output to operate a relay. Use a separate fused 12V source to feed the monitors through the relay contacts.
