Hi I have a 2000 Corvette I am installing a kna-dv3100 navigation system in.However I am stuck on the vss wire.I was told it was a GREEN / WHITE wire in the factory radio harness however the unit does not show a signal when you go into the setup screen. Also does the gps antenna have to be in the center of the vehicle? It picks up the vehicle position fine I have the antenna on the driver side of the dash.Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Steve

VSS on the radio would be for speed dependent volume control. Try checking that wire for AC while driving. If you can't find it there, trying metering at the cruise control switch.

You can get the dark GREEN / WHITE VSS wire at the engine computer behind the right front wheel. It is in position 50 of the red plug. It isn't available at the radio.
