I had my NV1 installed at Ultimate electronics without the rear camera as I intended on buying my own which I did. I have it installed and working, but when I went to hook up the reverse lights wire, I noticed the installer cut the wire w/o connecting it. It is a PURPLE / white wire, and I need to know what wire to hook it to on my 2005 Dodge Ram Quad Cab. Any where I can find this information out?

Connect it to your 12v + reverse lights.

I hooked the reverse wire up to the trailer plug on my truck. 12 volts + when in reverse. The wire that came with the N1 had a fuse resistor inline between the hide away unit and the 12 volt +; I'm not sure how many OHMs.
