Does anybody know what changes will happen if you upgrade a stand-long NAV system like the AVIC-88,80,90 with Touch Screen to the new upgrade cndv-50mt. Will you go through what the folks with the Pioneer AVIC-N2 and N1, are going through meaning no video playback when moving. Has anyone perform the upgrade with a Stand Along System yet?,,,,,,,,,,Jimbo

You will face the same type of problems as the N2 with the software upgrade, as the lockouts are in the software and not the hardware. I am getting ready to go out into my garage and swap my N1 for my N2 right not. I am curious as how to bypass the lockout.
