Have a 2004 gmc denali and just recently had 2 Farenheit 7"tv's on the visor and 2 Saav headrest installed and when i turn on the truck you can hear the engine noise thru the speakers when accelerating .Do they make something to filter this or did they not properly ground this? Also when exiting my dome lights will not turn on unless i manually do it.

I was having the same problem with a pair of BOSS flipdowns. I tried regrounding which helps a ton. There still was a little noise after that. I really couldnt figureout what is was so i decided to try a higer quality monitor from JVC. They work perfectly fine with no engine noise after the switch. Hope this helps a little.

sounds like a grounding issue.

Please clearify if you get engine noise on the screen or comming out of the speaker?

If it's comming from the speaker, reground will help or spend alittle money and buy the Audiovox FM modulator kit with filter.  That unit seems to be the best sound quality on the market.
