Hey folks..does anyone know how to remove the headrest from an 05 Chevy Silverado??? They no longer have the release button and I am having problems getting them out in order to install a set of Myron and Davis headrest monitors. Thanks in advance, Ron

Is there a little hole on the side to put a pick tool in?

push in the holes with a pick tool

then lift as you are doin it .. they then POP out ..
