Has anyone been able to use the multizone sucessfully? I've got everything working and have the rear video display working. I can get it to show video on the rear and have something else going up front, however, there is only audio for the front. Any suggestions on how this should be setup to get audio in the back? Could be wired incorrectly, or just a setting?
Thanks!
Check your settings - pages 96-97 in the operations manual & page 14 in the hardware manual. I'll bet you need to change the rear display setting to 'source' & then use the rear display button below the disc slot.

I may be wrong but I think Pioneer intended for end-users to use wireless headphones connected to the rear outputs on the hide-away unit in order to get sound from the DVD source. Since actually having music playing up front and DVD in the back would get annoying after a while, that is why I think Pioneer has set it up this way. Not to mention having some angry rear-seat passengers every time the Nav would mute or ATT the sound during a voice command.

Also the driver isn't supposed to be listening to the movie playing in back. That could be just as bad as watching it (if its a good moive that is).
