I am very interested in doing multiple installations for fleets that require reverse cameras. I have heard that in NY state it is now the law for trucks. I'm curious to know if anyone knows what equipment is being used and what the companies expect to pay for each system. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.

Rigs/ tractor trailers? If this is the case then the best thing to do would be to find some kind of wireless system. So you install the monitor in the truck and attach mount points on the trailers.

Clarion used to make backup camera packages 5-10 years ago that were specially designed for semi's - breakaway weather-resistant connectors & cables, cameras, dash monitors, etc... Haven't seen any recently & tts not on their website(car audio).

If you have to make your own, you might look at www.supercircuits.com for cameras, wireless tx & rx, etc.....
