I have a 1990 Ford Ranger and I am wanting to put a indash TV but also still have my cd player......can you do that?? Also if you could, how would you wire it?

If you haven't purchased your electronics yet.  There are a number of solutions to what you want to do.  I recently installed an Alpine Multimedia Station (IAV-D300), that will play just about any type of media available including Windows media audio files.  The unit has a flip out touch screen.  I incorporated a cd changer for simultaneous music and movie play with a rear monitor.
