Where am I supposed to run my power cable to?...I have two Pyle 5'' headrest monitors and Im not sure where exactly Im supposed to fun them to.  do i buy more wire to run it directly to the battery or is there somewhere else that I can power them from?

You can run them directly from the battery, but use relays and switches so that they only recieve power when the car is in the accessory position or if the the monitors automatically turn on when detected video, than there is no need for them
