Hi,
My AVIC-N1 is not showing the navegation part. I tried to put a DVD and is not playing it. Also, I tried to put the Nav. softaware 1.2 it cannot read it, it says "DISK NOT PLAYABLE" The radio and regular CDs can be played.

I pressed the reset button, turned off and back on the radio, and still is not working. When I press the restart button, now says, "Please insert the correct Disk" meaning to insert the Nav. software but it does not recognize the software/DVD.

PLease help, what can I do?

Could it have possibly been upgraded with avic-N2 software. All it would have taken is to put the N2 disc in once. Either way, if resetting it is not doing any good, you're probably gonna have to send it back to pioneer for service.
