Chech out nav-tv.com.  They should have products for both of those vehicles.  I haven't had a chance to use them yet but they look promising.

Check out PAC I have used the VCI-GM2....It was EASY to install and worked perfectly....Hell the picture on the navigation monitor was better than the picture on the Factory DVD monitor....

Its a little pricey but it was worth it...

Asmodeus :    whats up buddy, i was just checking that unit out...it says it is for a reverse camera. did u hook up a dvd player to it instead of the camera? did u have to do anything with the reverse signal wires or did u leave those alone?

also how did u get audio, did u use a modulator? or was there a different way.

thanks buddy i appriciate your help on this.

schmoo : thanks for the site i will look into those too

The 05 E320 works on the M.O.S.T. data bus there isnt a interface for this car yet although nav-tv said there working on one as for the GM nav tv can upgrade it with audio i think the pac will only allow video and then youll need an rf to get audio check out nav-tv to make sure. Used them alot they always worked for me.

all I did was hooked a power wire to a switch and then the reverse activation wire to the other side of the switch....

So when the guy wanted to use the Nav as a monitor hit the switch and it powered up....and yes for the one I did I used an FM modulator with a noise filter...There is an input from PAC AAI-GM9 that will give you direct input...The guy I worked on wouldnt spring for this part....

Read about that and see if it or one of the other parts on that page will fit your needs...
