I just got this unit on ebay (used), I tested it yesterday on my 2000 corolla and everything works fine the only problem is that i can't get video signal with a DVD is playing i only get audio (audio only is shown on screen). I didn't connect the green wire (parking light). I will appreciate your help

you need to ground the light green wire (unsafe way) to be able to watch at all times. Either that or hook it up to the parking brake, you can only watch when the brake is engaged.(proper way)
