I mounted a 5.6 flip down on the headliner and a Pyle DVD in the extra pocket in the Mustang. Went to wire everything up and dvd doesn't play on screen. Went to hook up built in dome lights on poped the domelight fuse before I even touched the wires together(wire to origanal dome light). The guy doesn't have anything showing him which fuse does what. If anyone has this info please share.

The monitor comes on and the dvd lights up but no picture or sound. Checked all my connections and they are all right. What now?I have the dvd and monitor tapped into his spare lighter socket, is this not enough juice? Help!!!

And get this, his radio was put in by some other person and when we removed his radio, his remote wire came loose. It was taped together with electrical tape. Now the radio doesn't come on after we fixed the wire. Is his radio fried? Could it have shorted something out or is there a ACC relay or something that might keep his radio from coming on. HELP!!!!! Thanks in advance!

Does the DVD have a safety wire that requires ground when activated to ensure that the vehicle is is park ? Check for this wire and as far as the domelight fuse, it should be easy to find, look under the dash fuse box and also in the engine fuse box and test with a DMM for the blown fuse.

Jeff, Is there any way to mess up the Speedometer when this fuse is blown? The guy says His speedo doesn't work now ever since the dome light fuse was blown. Possible? Help!
