what do you think of the jensen vm9510 touch screen unit....my girlfriend bought it for me for my birthday which is a couple weeks away, i was just looking for some views on it, she also only paid $700 for it. thanks

I've never been a big fan of Jensen's build quality; I've seen way too many DOA. To be fair, I have not seen problems with this particular unit, only their CD units. The TV tuner is worthless in the experience I've had with it. But overall; you're not gonna find an in-dash video unit for that price with reliability anywhere near the mediocre level I've seen in the Jensens. I haven't heard back from any customers regarding long-term reliability (which can be taken as a good sign) but their initial quality leaves something to be desired.

to be honest, i work at a circuit city and i mess around with this thing all day, the picture is extremely crisp, and the memory card slot input is cool as well, overall seems like a nice unit, just get the warranty cuz those jensens run into many problems in the long run
