whats the best or correct way of doing it? i just throw  3\4 " plywood plus 90sec industrial glue and couple screws . any input will be much apreciated

it woiuld probably be best to screw the wood to one of the braces in the roof and then screw the tv up to the wood.

If it has a sunroof and no rail system, I would recommend running an additional aluminum brace from side to side for support as the OEM braces are very weak. If it has no sunroof and the rail system, obviously there is plenty of support with the rails just cut it to fit. If it has no sunroof and no rail system, you should be ok with just incorporating the OEM roof braces.
